Note: The LWEB-900 can utilize you'r site's existing Active Directory server. Along side Local 900 Users If you are using Active Directory user, please contact your site Administrator to change your password. This article only covers Local LWEB-900 Accounts.
You use the same username and password to login to the web portal and Client software of the LWEB-900. We recommend using a strong unique password. In order to change the password on your account you will need to log in to the LWEB-900 client on your PC. Once you are logged in click the Edit Personal Information button on the task-bar.
This will open the Edit Personal Information Dialog where you can change your Full name, email address and password.
Click Ok to save the changes. You will remain logged into the client but the next time you login you will need to use your new password.
